This scheme was set up to help reassure customers of holiday accommodation.
We hope it has.
I want to reassure past and future customers that we will always strive to keep our standards high.
We will carry on with some of the measures we started because of the pandemic, and I would ask that customers still strip the beds at the end of their stay.
